230 elderly people are spending their twilight years in comfort at a care center, which stands at an altitude of 3,600 meters for impoverished elderly in Nedong District, Shannan City, Xizang. In recent years, elderly care system is continuously improved in Xizang. Currently, there are 80 care centers, providing nursing and daily life support for 5,836 impoverished elderly people.
